Hello folks! Another Friday in the book, another check in the bank. I know many of you are likely through (excitedly sweaty) money at numerous things this weekend for PAX Prime in Seattle (Parasaur, Mr. Steven Reynolds, and even Dustimus Prime himself are walking the show floor this weekend). Well, I’m not here to make it any easier on you. Today, we are looking at Tower 57 by Benitosub. Described as “Twin stick shooter with 16-bit inspired pixel art, destructible environments, and a heavy focus on co-op. Coming to PC, Mac, and Linux,” the game looks fantastic. Tower 57 was also partially showcased in our previous Fund It Friday for Retronator Pixel Art Academy. Give the video below a look!
With only 4 days left on their campaign and ~$7k left to go in pledges to be funded, this one is going to come down to the wire. We have already pledged if (it’s got 16 bit raptor riding, damnit! How is this not funded yet?) and we hope you will too. Visit Benitosub’s Kickstarter page here to get your money in! See more info and screens at their IndieDB page.
And for all those at PAX Prime, we wish you the best! Have fun, game hard, and stay safe!
